TREATMENT PROCESS
STEP 1: Submission of Patient Documents
You will gain access to our portal for doctors. There you can easily upload clinical photos and X-rays of your patient.
STEP 2: Receiving the Treatment Plan
About 3-5 days after all necessary documents have been received and accepted by us, we will send you a first treatment plan, which includes a 3D simulation of the results.
This plan shows the teeth movement needed and is developed by dental professionals for each patient individually.
Our K-Line experts know the exact pressure and unique Design of our Aligners, which ultimately leads to the predicted tooth movement.
Due to our 3D simulation you can already show your patient the final result at this time. Furthermore the treatment plan gives an overview of treatment duration.
STEP 3: Confirmation of Treatment Plan
If necessary you are able to submit change requests or adjustments. After that you can accept the treatment plan on our portal. You are able to control the treatment of your patient at any time.
STEP 4: Delivering The Aligners
After you have accepted the treatment plan, the Aligners for your patient will be produced. This usually takes 12 working days of production. So you are going to receive your Aligners no later than 3 weeks after you have confirmed the plan.
STEP 5: Treatment
When your patient visits your practice, you will provide him with a certain number of Aligners. The number depends on type and duration of the treatment. During regular follow-up visits you will monitor the course of treatment and hand your patients a bundle of new Aligners.
ASR or placing of attachements can be necessary. Required material is noted on laboratory report. Each treatment will be completed by the insertion of a retainer.
